Musculoskeletal Assessment and Advice
We listen to your story and make a thorough physical assessment. You leave with an easy to understand diagnosis and a management plan.
Physiotherapy
We offer hands-on treatments, exercise prescription and other self-help techniques to improve physical functioning and reduce pain.
Injections and Ultrasound Guided Injections
Some problems need a little extra help. We offer injection therapy to assist core treatments. This can be guided by ultrasound if needed.
About us
Sarah Knight qualified in London in 1990 and worked for several years at The Middlesex Hospital and St Georges Hospitals before returning to Worthing to set up in Private Practice. Sarah’s extensive experience includes pitch-side treatments for sports teams, post-op orthopaedic rehabilitation, assessment and hands-on treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. Sarah has additional training on acupuncture and Pilates and takes a holistic view of treatments.
John Coppin is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist, Musculoskeletal Interventional Sonographer and Independent Prescriber. He continues to work for the NHS Sussex Community MSK team providing assessment, diagnosis and management of complex / chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
